Team Leader / Assistant Manager – Project Controlling

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated professional to join our growing RSC Project Controlling team as a Team Leader / Assistant Manager – Project Controlling. This role is ideal for someone with a strong financial background, team leadership experience, and a mindset for continuous improvement and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Financial Project Coordinators, Financial Project Controllers, and Senior Financial Project Controllers, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Provide people leadership for a team of  approx. 15-20+ FTEs, focusing on talent management, goal-setting, performance evaluation, and employee engagement.
  • Oversee and ensure the smooth transition of new scopes, supporting organizational growth and operational excellence.
  • Enable business advisory support by ensuring the team delivers accurate financial insights, variance analysis, and reporting that aids decision-making at leadership and project levels.
  • Enhance commercial awareness within the team by guiding them on cost control, revenue recognition principles, and financial risk identification.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, enhancing team capabilities in BI reporting, automation, and project controlling.
  • Strengthen business process ownership, driving innovation and process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities.
  • Manage escalations effectively, ensuring timely resolution and corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with global processes and drive successful change management initiatives within the team.
  • Adhering to strategic direction set by senior management while establishing near-term goals. 
  • Align and comply with legal and group policy requirements
