As Construction Manager, you will be an integral part of an experienced and international team and responsible for delivering high-quality charging stations across Belgium, with a main focus on Wallonia. In this role, you will work in close cooperation with the architects, the project managers, the network development managers, and our external construction partners. Your responsibilities will include:<ul><li>The planning of construction (reviewing execution drawings, defining specifications, tendering works and scheduling the delivery of goods),</li><li>Overseeing change management and resolving issues on-site during execution,</li><li>Supervising construction quality, health &amp; safety compliance, site acceptance, and final account closure.</li></ul>As such, you will frequently be on our construction sites, where you will be able to demonstrate negotiation skills, commercial judgement, setting high quality standards and the ability to manage a larger number of projects and stakeholders in parallel. You can work from home and in a co-working space in Brussels. Apart from that, you'll regularly visit our office in Ghent to work together with the team. In order for you to be flexible in your job we will provide you with a fully electric company car. Electric mobility is new territory for you? No problem!
