What's on the menu?

As our new Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our global expansion. Reporting to the People & Culture Lead, you'll lead recruitment efforts for our growing teams in the Netherlands and our exciting new US office, hiring for a variety of tech and commercial positions. 

Your expertise will be crucial in partnering with  our managers, whom we call our "Chefs", on international best practices and in fine-tuning our hiring processes to build strong, cohesive teams.

We also want you to embrace a role as a cultural ambassador for Orbisk. This means you’ll be brainstorming alongside your colleagues, contributing ideas to bring our vibrant culture to life. We love fresh perspectives and creative input, so your voice will be key in fostering an environment where our team can thrive.

 The key ingredients for success: 

  • You bring experience in hiring teams on an international scale, ideally within a start-up or scale-up environment. You've probably been in recruitment for 3+ years.

  • Experience with end-to-end hiring (360°) is a must, preferably in the US market.

  • You are data-driven and have a strong grasp of best practices in recruitment. You love to optimize and innovate.

  • Strategic stakeholder management is one of your core strengths. You’re skilled at advising and influencing hiring managers, ensuring they’re equipped with effective hiring strategies that align with business goals.

  • Proven experience in structuring processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing effective solutions for improvement.

  • €4,000 - €4,500 per month ex. holiday allowance (depending on knowledge and experience).

  • 32-40 hour work week in a hybrid office setting, lunch included.

  • To take a break to recharge, we encourage you to take 30 days of annual leave per year (based on full time).

  • To ensure you are taken care of later on, we have a pension contribution of 7%.

  • Everyone has different needs when it comes to benefits. That’s why we offer you an flexible spending budget of € 40 per month. This includes access to various health, wellness and lifestyle providers. 

  • To support your learning and growth, we offer an annual personal education budget. But we also organize additional team learning activities and if needed provide access to career coaches.

  • An annual home office budget of €250 is offered, so you can create a nice work from home space, as well as a travel allowance for when you work from home.

  • We make sure we regularly organize company activities to connect and have fun with your colleagues.

Orbisk has developed  the world’s first fully automated food waste monitor. We outfit your waste bin with a scale and a smart camera. The camera runs an AI image recognition algorithm that recognises ingredients from images. Effortlessly, we register what food is wasted and why. By means of action-oriented dashboarding, you'll be able to find and optimize the inefficiencies in your food providing process,  annually saving an estimated over 4,000 kilos of food waste for an average sized restaurant, worth €20,000 - €60,000, thus improving sustainability and profitability!
