In this role, you will own and scale administration and facility operations across all Exponent locations — from HQ and labs to the production facility, etc. You’ll ensure our spaces are functional, efficient but also inspiring, and future-ready for our team of builders.Your role will involve working across teams to create great workplace experiences, managing admin operations, and leading infrastructure projects as we expand into new cities.Our philosophy:Break. Build to simplify.What will you do:Lead administration and facility management across offices, labs, warehouses, and new setupsEnsure smooth functioning of workplace services — upkeep, utilities, access control, brandingCoordinate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure needs for scaleOwn and manage vendor relationships for office services, facility management, supplies, and travelDrive cost-effective procurement and administration budgeting with strong trackingPlan and execute new site builds or expansions across cities – from scouting to go-live Collaborate with multiple teams on onboarding, team movements, and employee support, facilities and infrastructureTrack team KPIs and provide regular reporting to leadershipThe ideal candidate requires:8–15 years of experience in administration/facility management rolesProven ability to scale infrastructure and services in fast-moving environmentsStrong vendor negotiation, project execution, and coordination skillsExperience working with diverse teams: Finance, IT, Legal, HRAbility to handle ambiguity, build processes, and take ownership from day oneStrong communication, leadership, and time management skillsAttention to detail, coupled with execution excellenceWhat matters:Empathy towards colleagues and partnersProblem-solving mindset with a bias for actionHustle to build fast, but sustainablyOwnership and pride in creating inspiring workplacesAbout Us Exponent simplifies energy for EVs. Co-founded by Arun Vinayak (Ather Energy's Founding Partner &amp; Former Chief Product Officer) and Sanjay Byalal (Former hardware strategic sourcing and cell strategy lead, Ather and Former Supply Chain Lead, HUL), Exponent focuses on solving two sides of the energy problem by building the e^pump (charging station) and e^pack (battery pack) which together unlock 15-min rapid charging.The 200+ strong team of passionate builders has a ton of EV experience and is currently looking for more builders to join one of the best EV teams in India to build &amp; scale Exponent.

We believe EVs have completed the 0 to 1 shift of driving better than conventional vehicles. However, for the industry to exponentially scale from 1 to 100, the underlying energy problem needs to be simplified.
