Le laboratoire Eurofins Analyses pour l’Environnement France à Saverne recherche son·sa Chef·fe de Groupe, qui prendra en charge le service Micropolluants Inorganiques en Minéralisation.

Rattaché.e au chef de service, vous aurez pour missions de :

Planifier, encadrer et animer l'activité de votre équipe.
Assurer la performance des analyses de votre équipe en garantissant les conditions de sécurité pour tous et la fiabilité des résultats émis ;
Respecter et veiller au respect de la règlementation en matière de droit du travail, gestion du personnel ainsi que des procédures internes en matière d’hygiène et de sécurité ;
Maintenir le bon fonctionnement de votre organisation par la prévision et la bonne gestion des aléas humains et matériels inhérents à l’activité ;
Contribuer activement à l’amélioration continue en mettant à profit votre ingéniosité, votre dynamisme et votre créativité ;
Reporter de façon synthétique au chef de service.
