About the Job
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Industrial Plant Maintenance Technician to join our team. The technician will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of industrial machinery and plant equipment. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery to ensure optimal operational performance.
· Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and failures, providing effective solutions.
· Conduct inspections of manufacturing equipment to identify potential issues before they become serious problems.
· Document all maintenance work performed and maintain accurate records.
· Collaborate with production staff to minimize downtime during repairs and maintenance.
· Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery.
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
· Participate in training programs and continuous development of technical skills.

Requirements
· High school diploma or GED; technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance preferred.
· Proven experience as a maintenance technician in an industrial setting.
· Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
· Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
· Proficient in using tools and diagnostic equipment.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
· Availability to work shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to lift heavy equipment and tools.
· Capability to work in various physical environments, including heights and confined spaces.
