Our in-house tax department is a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will have a background in state income tax planning, controversy and/or M&amp;A transactions and will be comfortable modeling the cash and U.S. GAAP tax treatment of transactions. Professional Experience<ul><li>Strong state income tax planning background with experience executing income tax base, filing group, and apportionment strategies to reduce cash taxes and create income statement benefits.</li><li>Experience with state controversy matters such as resolving administrate audits and appeals and obtaining ruling requests.</li><li>Transactional tax background (focused on acquisitions, dispositions, financings, reorganizations, restructurings, and joint ventures) and (i) working with the rules in Subchapter K, Subchapter C, and the consolidated return regulations;
