The role will closely cooperate with Tax Function and our centers in Krakow and the Global team members. How you will make an impact:<ul><li>Preparation declaration of the VAT, Stamp Duty Return, SCT (ÖTV) return, and support Temporary Tax, Corporate Tax Return process in their periods (also includes Correction Returns).</li><li>Leading VAT refund processes, preparing the Deductible VAT list and other related lists, providing the documents and information requested in the Summary Reports.</li><li>Provide instructions for Tax Accounting and Payments.</li><li>Reconciliation of Tax related Balance Sheet accounts in accordance with the monthly closing dates.</li><li>Managing to prepare and submit periodically e-ledgers.</li><li>Maintain close relationships with the other streams to ensure compliance with tax standards like VAT2, WHT.</li><li>Preparation of tax audit documents and data, ensuring communication with the relevant Tax Office.</li><li>Provide internal and external audit support, including data analysis.</li><li>Being part of inflation accounting and revaluation records.</li><li>Actively map VAT compliance processes and identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Contributing to SAP development and integrations.</li><li>Being part of the other accounting activities.</li></ul>Your background:<ul><li>Degree in Business Administration, Finance and Economic-Administrative Units.</li><li>Min.4 years experience in the fields of Tax Return and General Accounting applications.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office applications; SAP knowledge is a plus.</li><li>Having knowledge of legislation regarding Institutions, Income, Tax Procedure, Stamp Duty and VAT laws,</li><li>Have a good command of English (written and spoken).</li><li>Ability to effectively manage time, and individually prioritize multiple tasks of competing priority.</li><li>Analytical thinking and result-oriented.</li><li>Strong communication skills, capable of working in a multicultural environment.</li></ul><h2>Qualified individuals with a disability may request a reasonable accommodation if you are unable or limited in your ability to use or access the Hitachi Energy career site as a result of your disability.
