Your responsibilities:
- Leading the Engineering team in designing, implementing, testing, and deploying SCADA systems that meet the project’s requirements and specifications.
- Making key technical decisions and resolving technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Ensuring the quality and performance of the SCADA systems and adhering to the best practices and standards of the industry.
- Communicating and collaborating with the Project Manager, stakeholders, vendors, customers and other parties involved in the project.
- Providing technical guidance, mentoring, and training to the engineering team members.
- Managing the technical documentation, configuration, and maintenance of the SCADA systems.
- A solid background and experience in SCADA/EMS/ ADMS systems, especially for control center applications.
- A strong knowledge and skills in programming languages, databases, web services, and other technologies used for SCADA systems development.

Your background:
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, Electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Candidate should have Approx. 12-15 years of experience in power system SCADA, IT/OT integration for power systems application for Electrical utilities.
- A high level of analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
