The candidate needs to be ideally situated in the surrounds of Alexandria or Giza, the key regions of fruit production. You’ll work closely with growers, offering Aerobotics’ innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity. What makes this role unique:<ul><li>Develop customer strategy to optimize growth for the entire region</li><li>Sell &amp; deliver products to a wide range of horticultural customers</li><li>Work with cutting-edge technology in agriculture</li><li>Direct impact on the future of precision farming</li></ul>What You'll Do<ul><li>Identify and build relationships with new customers in the horticultural sector</li><li>Provide hands-on product demonstrations and training at farms and offices</li><li>Develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth and profitability</li><li>Develop, implement and achieve revenue &amp; profitability targets aligned with Aerobotics forecasts</li><li>Optimize the customer decision journey so as to minimize spend and resources, and to maximize purchases and repurchases</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams in South Africa to ensure seamless service delivery</li><li>Partner with the Product team to uncover new customer needs &amp; inform product development</li><li>Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities</li><li>Regular travel within the region to meet customers, and at times, attend conferences as and where necessary.</li></ul>What You'll Need<ul><li>3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in agribusiness or AgTech</li><li>Background or experience in perennial tree crops, agronomy, or horticulture.
