About the Job
- Durchführung von Routineprüfungen zur Bestimmung der biologischen Aktivität von Biopharmazeutika unter GMP (u.a. Zellkulturtechniken, Durchführung von z.B. Proliferations-, Apoptose-, FACS-, ADCC- und Luziferaseassays sowie ELISAs und SPR/Biacore Assays)
- Durchführung von Assays zur Charakterisierung der biologischen Aktivität von Biosimilars
- Mitwirkung bei Etablierung und Optimierung von neuen Bioassays
- Mitwirkung an Methodenvalidierungen und Methodentransfers
- Arbeit und Dokumentation unter GMP-konformen Bedingungen
