About the Job
- Work closely with our customers to drive requirement gathering for digital engineering products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
- Drive identification of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data, utilizing advanced analytics tools and methodologies.
- Serve as thought leader for technical business processes, developing forward-thinking systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels.
- Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels, including stakeholders, team members, and end-users.
- Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
- Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability and optimal user experience.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative digital solutions that address complex business challenges.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flow diagrams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights, resolve conflicts, and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Perform cost-benefit analyses for proposed digital solutions and present findings to senior management for decision-making.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending potential applications to enhance business operations.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes, ensuring smooth adoption and maximizing ROI.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented solutions and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with data scientists and IT teams to leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI technologies in business process optimization.
