QuantiParts is the Original Engine Manufacturer (OEM) for 12 classic Wärtsilä engine brands. We support our customers in the global Marine and Energy businesses with the best technical know-how and supply of genuine spare parts for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on a 24/7 basis. 

 

We are now looking for a 

 

Warehouse Administrator 

 

to join our team at the location in Hattem, the Netherlands. 

 

What you will be doing

 
As Warehouse Administrator your work will focus on these responsibilities: 

 

  • Ensure availability of parts for sale by triggering transfer orders in SAP and correcting inaccurate or missing weights and volumes.
  • Create, maintain, and remove locations in SAP.
  • Prepare and execute annual inventory counts, analyse discrepancies, and process corrections.
  • Adjust stock placement in SAP and maintain customer-specific purchased parts.
  • Resolve delivery discrepancies and production order issues in SAP.
  • Address operational issues in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), such as printer errors and system interface failures.
  • Correct shipment errors and process cancelled deliveries in SAP.
  • Contribute to the development, testing, and maintenance of SAP FIORI applications.
  • Adhere to safety standards outlined in the QESH manual, including OHSAS18001 compliance. 

 

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have: 

 

  • Knowledge: Expertise in (WE-SAP, SAP FIORI) SAP4Hana/EWM, logistics and shipping procedures; operation and troubleshooting of automated lift systems; and proficiency in English.
  • Education: Vocational education (MBO) with relevant experience.
  • Certification: Valid certifications for forklift, reach truck, and lifting operations.
  • Experience: At least six months of relevant work experience.

Verantwoordelijkheden: 

 

  • Beschikbaar maken van onderdelen via transferorders in SAP en aanpassen van foutieve of ontbrekende gewichten en volumes.
  • Locaties aanmaken, onderhouden, en verwijderen in SAP.
  • Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van jaarlijkse voorraadtellingen, analyseren van afwijkingen, en correcties doorvoeren.
  • Aanpassen van opslag in SAP en beheren van klant-specifieke aangekochte delen.
  • Afhandelen van leveringsafwijkingen en productieorder-issues in SAP.


Oplossen van operationele problemen in Warehouse Management Systemen (WMS), zoals printerfouten en interface storingen.
Corrigeren van verzendfouten en afhandelen van geannuleerde leveringen in SAP.
Bijdragen aan ontwikkeling, testen, en onderhoud van SAP FIORI applicaties.
Werken volgens de veiligheidsnormen zoals vermeld in het QESH manual, inclusief OHSAS18001-naleving. 

 

Vereisten: 

 

  • Kennis: Expertise in (WE-SAP, SAP FIORI) SAP4Hana/EWM, en Warehouse Management Systemen; logistieke kennis en verzendprocedures;bediening en troubleshooting van geautomatiseerde liftsystemen; en beheersing van de Engelse taal.
  • Opleiding: MBO-niveau met relevante werkervaring.
  • Certificering: Geldige certificaten voor heftruck, reachtruck, en hijsen.
  • Ervaring: Minimaal een half jaar relevante werkervaring.
