We offer a possibility to hybrid remote work.     Your role and responsibilities:   Plant automation &amp; controls focuses on our power plant automation and controls products. We develop and maintain plant automation and control solutions for today´s engine power plants, as well as develop future technology solutions. As a (Senior) Expert, Cyber Security within the Plant automation &amp; controls team, your work will include development and coordination of OT related product cyber security topics. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders ensuring compliance of current offering as well as longer term developments towards IEC62443 certifications. Responsibilities for the position:  <ul><li>Subject Matter Expert on cyber security domain for our engine power plant automation &amp; control systems (OT) </li><li>Own the development of plant automation &amp; control systems product features towards agreed certifications or standards </li><li>Further develop cyber security guidelines, control system access policies, compliance related processes for engine power plants</li><li>Ensure cyber compliance and market competitiveness of the power plant automation &amp; controls. Capture and translate global regulations / contract requirements to the development roadmap</li><li>Implement and ensure applicable security lifecycle controls to the products in accordance with Wärtsilä SDL framework and IEC 62443</li><li>Train and educate key stakeholders on cyber security requirements, internal guidelines, processes and access policies </li><li>Guide and support technical, sales, and engineering teams in validating project-related cyber security requirements </li><li>Participate in customer negotiations and assurance activities </li></ul> Qualifications/to be able to succeed in the position we expect you to have:   <ul><li>Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, information technology, automation engineering or a related field</li><li>In-depth understanding of operational technology related Purdue Enterprise Reference Architecture and product security requirements </li><li>Expertise in cyber legislations and standards for example IEC 62443, NERC CIP, NIS2, SOC2, AESCSF, SOCI and EU CRA </li><li>Experience in working with product security, vulnerability handling and cyber security in an industrial company context </li><li>Team player and collaborator mindset</li><li>Excellent presentation skills, as well as written, and verbal communication skills </li><li>Fluent language skills in English</li><li>Cyber security certifications are beneficial </li><li>Experience in agile methodologies is seen as a plus </li></ul> Why you and us?       You are valued – as your true self.
