GFL Environmental is looking for an G/DZ/AZ Commercial Box Truck Operator to join our growing liquid team out of our Brantford location. Also, service Parts washers/Spray Gun Machines</li><li>Complete service paperwork in accordance with GFL and TDG regulations - Ensure regular cleaning and maintenance of truck cab, components, and other assigned equipment.</li><li>Participate in GFL’s safety programs including safety meetings, last minute risk assessments, and job hazard assessments.</li></ul>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>G/DZ/AZ Driver’s License with a clean drivers abstract</li><li>DZ/AZ - Ability to drive manual transmission (Required)</li><li>Available full-time for day shift (8-10 hour shifts)</li><li>Exceptional organizational abilities with task prioritization, multi-tasking, use of timelines and time management techniques</li><li>Able to work independently.</li><li>Customer service experience</li><li>Self-motivated attitude</li><li>Experience working in a safety sensitive environment.</li><li>Ability to work out of town and do potential overnights.</li><li>Must be flexible and dependable.</li><li>Strong work ethic</li><li>Excellent attention to detail</li><li>Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in difficult situations.</li><li>Overtime as required.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Manual dexterity, ability to lift 75+ lbs required.</li><li>Waste experience is considered an asset</li></ul>#GFLTalent  We thank you for your interest.
