About the Job
Inżynier Jakości Procesu - Dywizja PowerDrive Systems, Błonie
Twój zakres obowiązków
- Codzienny nadzór nad jakością procesu i produktu,
- Rozwiązywanie problemów jakościowych i realizację działań korygujących przy użyciu różnych narzędzi jakościowych (Shainin, Six Sigma),
- Udział w przygotowywaniu dokumentacji jakościowej (FMEA, Control Plan) i tworzeniu instrukcji kontroli oraz ich aktualizacje,
- Monitorowanie, raportowanie i analizę wskaźników jakościowych,
- Udoskonalanie systemu jakości w celu spełnienia wymagań klienta i zapewnienia najwyższej jakości produktu,
- Uczestniczenie w procesie wdrażania zmian (opiniowanie zmian, weryfikacja skuteczności zmian),
- Prowadzenie projektów mających na celu poprawę wyników scrap czy FTQ,
- Przeprowadzanie audytów wewnętrznych,
- Prowadzenie szkoleń dla pracowników produkcji.
Nasze wymagania
- Posiadasz min. 8 lat doświadczenia w pracy w obszarze zarządzania jakością w zakładzie produkcyjnym (mile widziane doświadczenie w branży automotive lub elektronicznej),
- Masz wykształcenie wyższe techniczne,
- Komunikujesz się w języku angielskim,
- Masz praktyczną znajomość narzędzi jakościowych,
- Umiesz pracować w zespole, ma zdolności analityczne oraz otwartość na wiedzę i ciągły rozwój,
- Posiadasz bardzo dobrą znajomość pakietu MS Office.
