Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung von derzeit 6 Mitarbeitern
• Betreuung von sechs Reportingeinheiten in fünf Gesellschaften als Shared Service Provider
• Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach US GAAP, HGB, Steuerrecht und spezifischen Konzernvorgaben
• Reporting von Actuals, Forecast und Budget/Long Range Plan in OneStream
• Verantwortlich für das Anlagevermögen, Hauptbuch, General Ledger, Kreditoren und Debitoren, Koordinator Shared Service Accounts Payable
• Bilanzerstellung für den monatlichen Forecast und die jährliche 5 Jahresplanung
• Implementierung/Pflege/Überwachung Sarbanes Oxley konformer Finanzprozesse
• Ermittlung und Reporting der Unternehmenssteuern nach HGB und US GAAP
• Umsatzsteuerfragen und -reporting für Deutschland und die ausländischen Registrierungen
• Corporate Headquarter Ansprechpartner für alle Buchhalterische Prozessen
• Zentraler Ansprechpartner für Abschlussprüfer, Internal Audit, Steuerberater und Betriebsprüfer

Profil

• Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Finanz- und Rechnungswesen oder Controlling, vorzugsweise in einem Industrieunternehmen
• Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office und SAP R/3 FI und SD
• Sehr gute Bilanzierungskenntnisse in HGB, US-GAAP- Kenntnisse von Vorteil
• Erfahrungen im Umgang mit SOX-Vorschriften sind von Vorteil
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
• Hands-on Mentalität
• Führungserfahrung
