Responsibilities:
Are you looking for a challenging position in Supply Chain Management? We have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Associate where you will play a key role in the timely sourcing and delivery of materials and have a significant impact on the smooth running of our business process. Your responsibilities will include:
Ordering materials in a timely manner: you will be responsible for ordering materials in a timely manner to ensure a continuous flow in the supply chain
Expediting deliveries: By taking proactive measures, you will expedite deliveries and ensure materials arrive on time
Analyze material planning reports: You will perform detailed analysis of material planning reports to identify and resolve bottlenecks at an early stage
Resolving issues with suppliers and internal teams: you assess and resolve issues between suppliers and employees to ensure a smooth flow of materials
Forecasting material requirements: By forecasting material requirements, you will help to effectively meet customer demand and avoid bottlenecks
Qualifications:
Education: Completed commercial training or several years of professional experience in the field of supply chain management
Experience: Sound knowledge of scheduling and experience in a logistics environment
Language skills: Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Skills required to be successful in the position:
Experience with SAP or another ERP system
Confident handling of MS Office
Strong communication skills and team orientation
