Responsibilities:

• Are you looking for a challenging position in Supply Chain Management? We have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Associate where you will play a key role in the timely sourcing and delivery of materials and have a significant impact on the smooth running of our business process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ordering materials in a timely manner: you will be responsible for ordering materials in a timely manner to ensure a continuous flow in the supply chain

• Expediting deliveries: By taking proactive measures, you will expedite deliveries and ensure materials arrive on time

• Analyze material planning reports: You will perform detailed analysis of material planning reports to identify and resolve bottlenecks at an early stage

• Resolving issues with suppliers and internal teams: you assess and resolve issues between suppliers and employees to ensure a smooth flow of materials

• Forecasting material requirements: By forecasting material requirements, you will help to effectively meet customer demand and avoid bottlenecks

Qualifications:

• Education: Completed commercial training or several years of professional experience in the field of supply chain management

• Experience: Sound knowledge of scheduling and experience in a logistics environment

• Language skills: Very good written and spoken German and English skills

• Skills required to be successful in the position:

• Experience with SAP or another ERP system

• Confident handling of MS Office

• Strong communication skills and team orientation
