You will analyze project requirements, collaborate with suppliers and internal teams, and ensure timely, competitive, and accurate quotations that align with Guillevin’s standards of excellence and customer service.</p><p></p><p><b>Main Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Analyze customer RFQs, tender documents, and technical specifications to prepare accurate quotes</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers to obtain pricing and product availability</p></li><li><p>Work closely with inside sales, outside sales, and technical specialists to ensure bid compliance and profitability</p></li><li><p>Enter and manage quote data using internal systems (e.g., Eclipse or other ERP tools)</p></li><li><p>Ensure all proposals meet company guidelines, pricing strategies, and customer expectations</p></li><li><p>Follow up on submitted bids and assist in post-bid reviews</p></li><li><p>Maintain documentation for bids and quotations for future reference and auditing</p></li><li><p>Stay current with industry trends, product knowledge, and vendor updates</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>Post-secondary education in a related field (Electrical, Business, or Technical) or equivalent work experience</p></li><li><p>2+ years of experience in quoting, bidding, or estimating in the electrical distribution or construction industry</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of electrical products, materials, and specifications (e.g., conduit, breakers, switchgear, lighting) is an asset</p></li><li><p>Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and quoting tools</p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><h1><b>What’s in it for you</b></h1><div><p style="text-align:left;"><span><span>We</span><span> are a major player, involved in the energy transformation in Canada.
