Kerntaken: •    Leidinggeven aan en coachen van medewerkers (teamleiders, magazijn medewerkers en administratief medewerkers). •    Verantwoordelijk voor de juiste inzet van mensen en middelen ten behoeve van het magazijn en het scheppen van randvoorwaarden waardoor de werkzaamheden van de medewerkers optimaal kunnen plaatsvinden. •    Adviseren van Head of Supply Chain Benelux over personele, financiële en organisatorische aangelegenheden, zoals noodzakelijke investeringen, efficiëntieverbeteringen in logistieke processen en kostenbesparende maatregelen. •    Verantwoordelijk voor de ontvangst, controle, opslag en uitgifte van goederen, zodanig dat de voortgang van het distributieproces optimaal verloopt. •    Begeleiden van projecten in het kader van continue verbeterprocessen, inclusief verdere geïntegreerde automatisering. •    Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van procedures en richtlijnen met betrekking tot kwaliteit, werkprocessen en veiligheid. Who are you? - You have technical expertise to manage data quality and accuracy. - You have experience with transformation and change management. - You are familiar with supply chain systems (TMS/WMS/AX, etc.). - You have a completed college education, preferably in logistics. - You have a coaching and motivating leadership style; you are a real people manager. - You have a customer-oriented attitude, good organizational and communication skills. - Command of the English and French language is an advantage.
