The successful candidate will have a thorough knowledge and trading experience for a wide range of products that will be included in the portfolio: oxygenates, feedstocks (UCO, tallow, veg oils) and products (biodiesel 1G/2G, RD, SAF). Experience trading swaps and futures is a must.               RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Comply with all internal compliance policies and procedures and with all external factors that impact the trading business (US, Nymex, ICE and other energy trading regulations)</li><li>Report to Petrochemicals, LPG &amp; Bios Americas Trading Manager</li><li>P&amp;L that include local books and shared books with Madrid and Singapore offices.</li><li>Coordinate and promote Business development activities in all products</li><li>Participate and take the commercial lead for projects in the US that involves one or more products corresponding to the a.m. portfolio</li><li>Coordinate with book leaders and traders from other offices</li><li>Coordinate with commercial teams from other Repsol Business Units involved in the management of the commodities that fall under the responsibility of the candidate</li><li>Coordinate activities with support teams (contracts, demurrages, back office, risk management, middle office) making sure all processes and activities of the desk follow best practices and procedures</li><li>Optimize value chain for all the products</li></ul>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS &amp; EXPERIENCE<ul><li>Must be legally authorized to work in the USA for any employer without the need for sponsorship, currently or in the future.</li><li>A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience</li><li>Master’s degree in refining/chemicals/biofuels will be valued</li><li>A minimum of 7 years of experience in petroleum products trading, preferably biofuels</li><li>Additional experience in other O&amp;G fields will be valued (industrial plants operations, maintenance, safety, processes)</li><li>The willingness and ability to travel</li><li>Experience in business development in America</li><li>Strong knowledge of US regional and international flows</li><li>Knowledge in logistics and vessels operations will be valued</li><li>Knowledge of US Gulf Coast and Latin America markets will be positively considered</li><li>Knowledge of storage facilities and blending</li><li>Knowledge of refineries and chemical plants production worldwide</li></ul>SKILLS<ul><li>Understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook</li><li>Knowledge of the systems Bloomberg/Eikon/MarketView</li><li>Knowledge of Spanish will be valued</li><li>Ability to work as part of an international team and participate in group decision-making</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure</li><li>Ability to take initiative and be innovative</li><li>Demonstrated exemplary negotiation skills</li><li>Profit oriented</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Effective organization skills with the ability to prioritize workload</li><li>Acute attention to detail executed with minimal error margin</li></ul>Repsol is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/Disability/Veteran#LI-KT1Required skills:
