are dedicated to safety.
CBA Position:
- Starting pay $22.33/hour (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Payscale)
- Starting pay effective 7/1/25: $23.45/hour
- Vacation:
• 1 week ( 40 hours) paid vacation after 1 full year of service
• 2 weeks (80 hours) paid vacation after 2 full years of service
• 3 weeks (120 hours) paid vacation after 5 full years of service
• 4 weeks (160 hours) paid vacation after 20 full years of service- Paid Sick Leave: 5 days accrued per year of employment
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits available following 60 days of employment, life insurance, 401k, and 10 paid company holidays.
- All Benefits are subject to Union Collective Bargaining Agreement
- Maintain the cleanliness of fleet vehicles - interior and exterior
- Driving, maneuvering, and parking vehicles
- Fueling buses, replenishing fluids, and logging and recording all fluids
- Downloading drive cameras & probes fare boxes
- Perform light maintenance to shop areas, fueling stations, and related facilities.
- Report maintenance issues to supervisor
- Other duties as required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license for a minimum of 3 years
- Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
- Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not
authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
The essential functions of this position require the ability to:
- Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions-100% of the job is performed
outside, work alone and in remote locations. - Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible
sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces - Push and pull objects up to 50 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to
50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at
ground level - Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to considerable
amounts of dust, vehicle fumes and noise.
