About the Job
Als Manager Quality Assurance geef je leiding aan het QA-team van Eurofins MicroSafe bestaande uit vijf medewerkers en bepaal je de koers van de afdeling. Als Manager QA ben je verantwoordelijk voor het borgen en het verder ontwikkelen van de kwaliteit binnen een GMP-omgeving. Dit doe je onder andere door het onderhouden van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem, het begeleiden van audits en inspecties (zoals IGJ en FDA), en het opvolgen van afwijkingen, CAPA’s en change controls. Je initieert en leidt diverse QA-projecten gericht op verbetering van processen en kwaliteitsborging.
Je zorgt voor een goede samenwerking met de operationele afdelingen en bent in staat om organisatieveranderingen en procesoptimalisaties succesvol te begeleiden. Je bent een stevige gesprekspartner op alle niveaus, denkt strategisch mee en weet QA stevig te positioneren binnen de organisatie.
Toekomstperspectief
Na het succesvol doorlopen van de relevante procedures groei je door naar een bredere rol, waarin je verantwoordelijk wordt voor de QA-processen en -organisatie van meerdere Business Units. In totaal gaat het dan om een gecombineerde QA-organisatie van ongeveer 13 medewerkers die de kwaliteitsbewaking verzorgen voor onder meer chemistry, biochemistry, steriele fill & finish en cell banking. In deze integratie ben jij als QA Manager een drijvende kracht in het verander- reorganisatietraject.
Verhuizing
De locaties Eurofins MicroSafe en Eurofins PROXY verhuizen in 2026 naar een nieuwe gezamenlijke locatie op het Leiden BioScience Park. Als Manager QA speel je een sleutelrol in de voorbereiding en realisatie van deze geplande verhuizing. Hierbij draag je ook bij aan de integratie van de twee QA-teams en de QA processen van andere Business Units.
