Onze HR-afdeling valt te kenmerken als service verlenend, samenwerkend en assertief. Er zijn inmiddels grote stappen gemaakt om een HR-administratie neer te zetten die qua structuur duidelijk en efficiënt in elkaar zit. Dit biedt kansen om verder aan de slag te gaan en na te denken over verdere HR-oplossingen. Er is altijd ruimte voor verbetering, we willen dan ook dat je hierover met ons mee denkt.

Klinkt als een goed plan, toch? Inmiddels zal jij jezelf misschien afvragen waar jij voorkomt in dit plaatje. Daar gaan we je een indruk van proberen te geven:

Je levert een grote bijdrage aan de dagelijkse, operationele gang van zaken (waaronder bijspringen met personeelsmutaties, vacatureplaatsingen en oriënterende gesprekken);
Binnen de organisatie schakel je regelmatig met collega’s over allerlei zaken, van de Business Unit Manager tot de Managing Director, van de Receptioniste tot de Scientist;
Buiten de organisatie houd je contact met bijvoorbeeld verzuimdiensten, HR-dienstverleners of pensioenadviseurs;
Je krijgt de ruimte om na te denken over jouw eigen HR-projecten, zodat je naast het operationele werk, ook waarde kan toevoegen op tactisch en/of strategisch vlak.
