Ensure safety, meeting quality specifications, optimized efficiency and reliability. Understand all relevant operating procedures. Be trained and competent in plant processes and can operate units, including startups and shutdowns. Support and assist Production Supervisor/Plant manager, and in his absence to manage the plant routine operation and safety supervision. 协助生产主管/工厂经理的日常工作，在生产主管/工厂经理缺席时全面负责工厂的日常操作和安全监督。 Ensure the LASU safety and efficiently.
