Responsibilities:

• You ensure the qualification and further development of all production employees

• You will be responsible for implementing, training and complying with legal and internal requirements for occupational health and safety

• You maintain the qualification and instruction matrix as well as other overviews

• You are responsible for the documentation and standardization of production processes

• You will be involved in the creation of risk assessments, operating instructions and work instructions

• You will carry out incident and accident analyses together with the HSE Manager

Qualifications:

• You have sound experience in the preparation of risk assessments, procedural instructions and the implementation of workplace-related instructions 
• You are highly sensitive to occupational safety and quality
• You have extensive knowledge in all production-related activities and in handling materials and machines
• You have good to very good knowledge of MS Office
• You have a very good solution-oriented, analytical and structured way of working, strong communication skills and persuasiveness
• You enjoy working in a team and have a confident manner
