Responsibilities:

  • Working with spray guns (coaters)
  • Operating and monitoring spray systems
  • Experience in processing solvent-based paints and varnishes
  • Experience in coating and processing metal and plastic parts using dipping and spraying techniques
  • Experience in cleaning metal and plastic parts
  • Experience in handling hazardous substances
  • Surface treatment (sandblasting) of individual parts and assemblies
  • Quality control during surface treatment
  • Preparation of individual parts and assemblies
  • Pretreatment of large components
  • Maintenance and upkeep of the system
  • Visual and quality inspection of produced parts according to company specifications
  • Maintenance and cleaning of machines and systems
  • Digital documentation of process and quality data
  • Monitoring safety equipment
  • Compliance with quality standards and initiating appropriate measures in the event of deviations
  • Working in a 2-shift operation

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed training as a painter, production mechanic, industrial mechanic, process mechanic, or comparable technical qualification
  • Several years of solid professional experience in the processing of solvent-based varnishes and paints
  • High level of commitment and flexibility
  • Willingness and ability to work in multiple shifts
  • Physical resilience
  • Communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • A sense of responsibility as well as the ability to work independently and diligently
  • Fluent in written and spoken German
