Responsibilities:

1. Supervision of production department personnel
2. Ensure that the production schedule is adhered to
3. Maintains a safe environment for production department personnel
4. Ensures that labor dollars are correctly allocated
5. Maintain employee morale
6. Holds weekly safety meetings
7. Communicate needs to plant manager and follow up to ensure needs are met.
8. Housekeeping
 

Qualifications:

Must have good computer skills including an understanding of Microsoft Office.
Must have the ability to learn and communicate all functions within the production facility.
Must be able to multitask taking on multiple projects and developing teams to collect information.
Must follow company policies and procedures.
