You will contribute to creating BIM models and CAD drawings across all design stages for some of the most innovative building projects in the region. As a member of our expert team of engineers and CAD/Revit technicians, and in close collaboration with multidisciplinary colleagues, you will produce detailed 2D CAD general assemblies and develop design-coordinated 3D BIM models using Revit, adhering to our current design standards. Key Responsibilities:<ul> <li>Produce and manage detailed BIM models and CAD drawings.</li> <li>Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team members, ensuring design optimisation and integration.</li> <li>Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360 to achieve project objectives.</li> <li>Manage workflows in accordance with ISO19650 standards and adapt to Australian standards as necessary.</li></ul><h2>The Skills</h2><ul> <li>Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or relevant with a focus on BIM modelling.</li> <li>Proven experience at BIM level 2 and proficient use of Revit in building-related projects.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.</li> <li>Familiarity with design and develop electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively with both engineering teams and AutoCAD specialists.</li> <li>A thorough understanding of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM360.</li> <li>Experience with ISO19650 standards is highly desirable; familiarity with Australian standards is a plus.</li></ul>Job Description Your career at Cundall We know that to be the best at what we do we need a diverse workforce underpinned by an inclusive culture.
