As part of our Graduate Program, we’re excited to welcome a Graduate Design Management Coordinator to join our multidisciplinary Design Management team within our Buildings + Places business line.

About the Role

As a Graduate Design Management Coordinator, you’ll support the delivery of design projects from start to finish – ensuring that communication, quality, and timelines are all aligned. You’ll work closely with Design Managers and discipline leads to help coordinate multi-disciplinary design efforts, while gaining exposure to the full project lifecycle.

You will assist with:

• Organizing and managing design processes for small to medium-scale projects
• Supporting design managers with planning and defining scopes, schedules, and information flow
• Coordinating with technical design teams to track design inputs and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Preparing and updating logs, trackers, and reports for design deliverables, RFIs, risks, and changes
• Reviewing deliverables for alignment with client expectations and contract requirements
• Maintaining documentation and helping drive design efficiency across projects
