This is how you will grow:
- Primary role will be to support the integration and coordination of Energy System org Sub-Systems (HV Battery, Thermal Systems, Charging, HV & LV Bus, HV Safety) into the vehicle platform, ensuring all sub-systems achieve vehicle metrics on-time, with quality.
- You will coordinate work and quick studies across the entire Energy Systems team including supporting the Energy Systems weekly kick-off meeting including defining agenda topics.
- In this role you will have ownership for integration of all HV components into a HV Bus Architecture, including responsibility for all mechanical and electrical interactions and requirements.
- You will own HV and support LV bus specification documents (requirement documentation) as well as the HV Mechanization diagram. You will work with Functional and HV Safety to define test plans to validate the HV Bus.
- You will bring technical expertise in integration of Power Electronics into a HV Bus.
- You will engage in DFMEA reviews led by Systems Engineers.
- You will be flexible to adapt to different work packages that will arise during the product development cycle.
- You will work within the framework of a strong Energy Systems team.

Requirements
This is how you will take us forward:
- Automotive OEM experience is required
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, or combined electrical/mechanical engineering, systems engineering, or a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in thermal energy, climate, energy management, and/or high voltage battery systems
- Strong technical skills and expertise in SW controls, EE, Electronics, Hardware and expertise in development, testing and validation methods
- Ability to build strong working relationships with individuals at all organizational levels.
