About the Job

Als Inspecteur Voedselveiligheid ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden en uitvoeren van audits op voedselveiligheid, productkwaliteit en hygiëne. Je signaleert tekortkomingen in ruimtes en voedselprocessen, inspecteert werkhandboeken en neemt monsters af. Na afloop bespreek je de resultaten met de klant en geef je advies over de benodigde verbeterpunten. Hierbij houd je onder andere rekening met de wetgeving en hygienecode die bij de klant wordt toegepast. Tenslotte zorg je voor een nauwkeurige schriftelijke rapportage van de audits en je verzorgt de verslaglegging van je bevindingen.

Als Inspecteur Voedselveiligheid ben jij hét visitekaartje van Bureau de Wit en geniet je van vrijheid; je komt elke dag over vloer bij onze klanten. Hierdoor kun jij werken aan een langdurige relatie met onze klanten, waarbij jij de vertrouwde partner en specialist van de klant wordt. Voor een adequate invulling van deze functie is het van belang dat je woonachtig bent in de regio Vianen. Ongeveer 40% van je werkzaamheden zullen plaatsvinden bij klanten in de omgeving van Vianen en Nieuwegein. De overige 60% van de tijd ben je projectmatig actief in andere delen van Nederland. Een gezonde mate van flexibiliteit ten aanzien van inzetbaarheid en reistijd is daarom essentieel.
