The role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales/Marketing Representative who is passionate about growing Presto. You will be responsible for ensuring our partners are excited about and can effectively promote Presto, while also gathering key local market insights to share with the broader team to help Presto grow and improve the product. When you aren’t traveling, you’ll manage the logistics for our marketing materials and assist with other ad hoc projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner Success:
Develop and execute territory sales and marketing strategies, prioritizing high-potential regions and locations.
Travel to key markets throughout the US to establish and nurture relationships with local partners (such as rental car agencies) that manage fleets of EVs.
Distribute and replenish Presto marketing materials to ensure high visibility and brand presence.
Optimize travel routes to maximize productivity and outreach efficiency.
Ensure partners are educated and well-equipped to effectively promote Presto.
Follow-up by phone and email with high priority locations and manage all data and interactions in our CRM.
Market Insights:
Gather feedback from local partners and rideshare drivers about Presto and EV charging.
Provide insights and suggestions to help improve the customer experience, the product, and enhance future field sales and marketing initiatives.
Driver Acquisition: Identify and execute opportunities to encourage drivers to download and use Presto.
Inventory and Distribution: order, organize, pack, and ship marketing materials to our partners.

Qualifications/skills:
1-3 years of experience with fields sales or marketing, canvassing, retail, event promotions, hospitality, or other on the ground, in-person roles that involve building trust and relationships while exceeding growth goals.
Self-starter with a high-energy, proactive approach to problem-solving, strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skills, attention to detail, and creative thinking.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet goals in a dynamic environment.
Experience with car rental agencies and/or driving for rideshare is a plus.
Ability to travel 50-70% of the time to key markets throughout the US.
Location: Anywhere in the US, ideally based in CA, TX, FL, IL, or the Northeast; requires travel

Salary Range: The base salary range for this role is $45k to $75k per year depending on experience and location.
