As part of the National Bidding and Submissions team, you will closely partner with opportunity leaders across our business to support the compilation and delivery of compelling proposals for projects within our rail division.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Analyse bid documentation to establish clear understanding of client’s requirements.</li><li>Coordinating the end-to-end bidding process from initial strategy meeting through to the final delivery.</li><li>Engaging with relevant stakeholders to collate relevant documentation and project examples.</li><li>Maintaining timelines, key dates and milestones on proposals ensuring all stakeholders are suitably engaged.</li><li>Ensuring proposals are delivered on time and at the highest quality.</li><li>Actively contributing to the development and maintenance of standard ANZ proposal material including organization charts, CVs, and Project Data Sheets.</li></ul>About YouWhile the ideal applicant will have come from a similar role in a similar environment, we are looking for a Bid Advisor who is able to demonstrate;<ul><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Excellent stakeholder engagement skills</li><li>High level attention to detail</li><li>An ability to thrive and deliver in a role with competing demands and tight deadlines</li></ul>How to ApplyTo apply, click on the "Apply Now" link and follow the prompts.
