Responsibilities:
- As a lubricant developer, you handle development requests and coordinate their technical implementation
- From concept to lab and pilot samples – you develop our products through to series production readiness
- You propose raw material selections and develop alternatives in collaboration with our raw materials management team
- You prepare the necessary documentation throughout the development process, particularly for formulations, manufacturing instructions, specifications, FMEA, lab reports, and test plans
- You work closely with other departments in interdisciplinary teams
Qualifications:
You have completed laboratory-based training (e.g., as a chemical laboratory technician, CTA, or a comparable qualification) and see yourself as a competent contact person for all chemistry-related matters
You are enthusiastic about tackling complex tasks and enjoy working in the laboratory
You are quick to familiarize yourself with new subject areas such as lubrication or tribology
Working independently is as important to you as having the freedom to shape your work environment
Excellent German language skills and good English skills complete your profile
