This role involves working under the guidance of experienced engineers, conducting research, analyzing data, and contributing to the optimization of production processes.Academic and General Requirements:<ul><li>BE., / B Tech in Mechanical Engineering with First Class.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Interest to build a career in Mechanical design, working on 3D modelling, preparation of detail drawings, bill of materials etc., using the 3D software, Autodesk Inventor.</li></ul>Responsibilities: <ul><li>Create CAD Drawings and 3D models of Engineered Products, including overall layout, General Arrangement, Assembly and Fabrication Drawings (for Sheet metal &amp; Structural) for each project</li><li>Design of Primary and Secondary Clarifier Product by referring Proposal Document, Civil Drawing, Client GA, Site Mark-up Document</li><li>Create Bills of Materials (BOMs) in enterprise resource planning (ERP) system</li><li>Update the Model / GA Drawing based on the Mark-up Comments.</li><li>Create and update the database for the executed Job including Drawings generated for future reference</li><li>Modify and Improve the Modeling process in existing approach to reduce the Modeling Time.</li><li>Provide timely communications to significant issues.</li><li>Collaborate with Project Engineers to address technical decision, coordinate work and execute product development plan</li><li>Take direction from Team Lead / Manager to perform</li><li>Contributes as a team member in the development of projects carrying out assigned responsibilities in a timely, diligent, safe and professional manner</li><li>Ensuring the Quality of the Design and Services</li></ul>Professional Requirements:<ul><li>Fresh Engineering Graduates are eligible to apply.</li><li>If experienced, then few months to a maximum of 2 years of hands-on experience in 3D CAD using Autodesk Inventor. Exposure in AutoCAD and Solidworks will be an added advantage but not a must.</li><li>Candidates who have worked in Water Treatment Industries, Effluent Treatment Plant are preferable</li><li>Experienced in Preparing 2D GA drawing of Primary Clarifiers (Rectangle), Secondary Clarifier (Circle), Thickeners, Orbals.</li><li>Experienced in designing of structural components like Pier assemblies, Cage assemblies, Truss assemblies, Platform assemblies etc,, Tank weldment assemblies for Primary Clarifiers (Rectangle), Secondary Clarifier (Circle), Thickeners, Orbals</li><li>Exposure to MS Office package for preparing necessary documents, excel files and ppt’s will be an advantage.</li><li>Experience in working with international teams towards engineering design will be an advantage.</li><li>Good communication skills to liaise with international teams; Extra miler / self-driven to meet the commitments / goals.
