The benefits listed below are Corporate Office Policy</div><div>-Vacation: minimum of two (2) weeks</div><div>-Sick days: 5 days</div><div>-Holidays: 12 days; 8 standard and 4 floating</div><div>-Other standard benefits: 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental and vision, life insurance, short-term disability, voluntary long-term disability.</div>Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and process warranty documentation according to manufacturer guidelines</li><li>Submit claims quickly and efficiently</li><li>Follow up with manufacturers to ensure claims are being processed properly</li><li>Adjust and resubmit any denied claims to secure payment for warranty work</li><li>Keep accurate inventory of ordered warranty parts and organize vendor paperwork</li><li>Assist in the development and implementation of best practices policies and procedures to control and manage the supply of materials</li><li>Evaluate the inventory Warranty needs for new location startups and shutdowns. </li><li>Monitor Warranty inventory performance and trends</li><li>Provide central Warranty control and cataloging of new part numbers.</li><li>Update warranty information in EAM part files</li><li>Compile data for warranty claims processing</li><li>Assist locations with the control Warranty inventory.</li><li>Work with Corporate Procurement in determining the requirements and specifications of materials to be sourced.</li><li>Perform audits on Warranty management processes</li><li>Responsible for the implementation and compliance of corporate vendor agreements warranty process.</li><li>Assist with EAM support and administrative work as required.</li><li>Create reports as required.</li><li>Provide training to new field-based parts personnel.</li><li>Perform Warranty and Materials management training for field locations.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Requirements:<ul><li>Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Work experience in the Maintenance and or Procurement fields would be beneficial.</li><li>Possess a high level of motivation with the ability to operate under minimal supervision and guidance.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). </li><li>Experience with constructing Excel Pivot tables.</li><li>Experience in transportation is preferred.</li><li>Excellent team building and project management skills.</li></ul>Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent&nbsp;&nbsp;PHYSICAL DEMANDS:The physical demands described here are representatives of those that must be met by the employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.&nbsp; Work is generally done sitting at a desk, utilizing repetitive hand and wrist motion.&nbsp; Lifting, stooping, pulling, and bending is required.&nbsp; Reasonable accommodations can possibly be made to enable individual with disabilities to perform the essential functions.&nbsp; <ul><li>50% is done remotely using, laptops, e-mail and the Internet</li><li>50% travel to offsite locations to meetings, trade shows and conferences.</li></ul>.<div><div>The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
