About the Job
- Onboarding mit Wirkung: Du machst unsere Sales-Neustarter:innen vom ersten Tag an fit. Mit einem klar strukturierten Onboarding sorgst du dafür, dass sie schnell ins Team finden und souverän durchstarten können.
- Produkteinführungen begleiten: Du begleitest neue Produkteinführungen, schulst die relevanten Teams und stellst sicher, dass alle wissen, wie sie das Neue erfolgreich verkaufen.
- Trainingskohorten entwickeln: Du begleitest Gruppen von 5–10 Trainees über mehrere Wochen, förderst ihren Fortschritt und sorgst für eine nachhaltige Entwicklung im Vertrieb.
- Performance gezielt steigern: Mit deinem Sales- und Coaching-Know-how unterstützt du unsere Teams durch Shadowings, Gruppentrainings und individuelle Maßnahmen – genau da, wo es zählt.
- Projekte steuern & Prozesse stärken: Du bringst dein Projektmanagement-Know-how ein, um Schulungs- und Veränderungsprojekte effizient umzusetzen. Gleichzeitig hilfst du mit, neue Prozesse im Sales nachhaltig zu verankern.
