Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and Coordinating: Planning and scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Work Order Management: Creating, prioritizing, and managing work orders, including all necessary details like labor, materials, and equipment.
• Resource Allocation: Ensuring availability of personnel, parts, and tools for maintenance tasks.
• Tracking and Documentation: Keeping records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and assisting in the creation of procedures for revision and maintenance tasks.
• Procurement Support: Assisting in the purchasing of required spare parts and procuring qualified temporary personnel at the best prices.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensuring maintenance tasks comply with safety standards and regulations.
• Inspection and Calibration Management: Assisting with the coordination and requesting of inspections and calibrations by external companies, and processing inspection and calibration reports in the system.

Qualifications:

• Education: Degree or diploma in engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial) or related field.

• Experience: Previous experience in maintenance planning or similar roles in technical environments.

• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of equipment and systems relevant to the industry.

• Skills: Strong planning, scheduling, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

• Software: Familiarity with CMMS or similar maintenance management software.

• Safety Knowledge: Understanding of industry safety standards.

• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Attention to Detail: Accuracy in record-keeping and task management.
