Responsibilities:

You will be in charge of:

• Recruitment & Employer Branding.
• Training & Onboarding Management.
• Communication.
• Local mobility.
• Internship Program & Third-Party Management.
• HR KPI's.
• Data Administration (Workday and LMS systems).
• Process optimization (policies and procedures maintenance).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology or correlated areas.
• Fluent Portuguese and Advanced English.
• Solid knowledge of HR subjects.
• Desirable: post-graduation in People Management / Business Management.
