We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Analyst to join our Engineering function. This role is instrumental in executing a multi-year technology roadmap and will blend the responsibilities of a business analyst and project manager. The role will also provide day-to-day support and operational oversight of the Legal & Compliance (L&C) technology platform, ensuring its alignment with business needs and technology standards.

Primary Responsibilities:
Provide operational support for Legal & Compliance systems (across Entity Management, Document Management, Legal Billing, e-Communications Surveillance, Personal Trading) and business cycles, with a focus on issue monitoring, triage, and resolution.
Partner with business users to troubleshoot and resolve platform issues across multiple compliance disciplines.
Identify recurring problems and propose process enhancements to increase efficiency and compliance readiness.
Assist with periodic certifications, attestations, and other recurring business requirements to ensure pristine control environment.
Help prepare data and reports to support audits, regulatory reviews, and internal governance activities.
Participate in testing activities for system upgrades, enhancements, and new releases.
Support the execution of the multi-year L&C technology roadmap in close partnership with business functions, Engineering PMO and Business Management teams.
Serve as liaison for internal stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into scalable solutions.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, integrations, and governance processes.
Promote best practices in change management, data management, user experience design.
Qualifications & Experience
1-3 years of experience in technology application support role
Strong business analysis and project management capabilities; ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and competing priorities.
Knowledge of risk and control frameworks and their implementation in large, complex organizations.
Experience with platform governance, SDLC processes, and change management practices.
Strong critical thinking & interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with compliance officers, business users, and technology teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Prior experience working in or with global financial institutions preferred.

Pay Range
$ 85,000 – $100,000Apollo Global Management, Inc. (together with its subsidiaries and affiliates) is committed to championing opportunity.

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
