The Warehouse Specialist will be based in Saudi Arabia. In this position, you will report to the Supply Chain Manager. The Warehouse Specialist plays a key role in managing the flow of raw materials, fabricated components, and finished steel products within the facility. This position ensures accurate inventory control, efficient material handling, safe storage, and timely distribution to support production and shipping operations

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do…
General Task Management
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming steel materials and fabrication supplies.
- Organize and store materials according to weight, size, and type, ensuring easy and safe access.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management software or manual systems.
- Pick, stage, and deliver materials to production departments based on fabrication schedules.
- Package, label, and prepare finished steel products for shipment, ensuring all quality standards are met.
- Perform regular cycle counts and assist with full physical inventories.
- Identify and report material shortages, damages, or quality issues.
- Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, especially regarding the handling of heavy and sharp steel materials.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material handling equipment’s safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and procurement teams to optimize warehouse processes.
People Management
- Can manage and warehouse activities with company and contract manpower. Can train employees on the systems and procedures.
- Consistently promote high standards through personal example and roll out through the team so that each member of the team understands the standards and behaviors expected of them.
Relationship Management
- Work as part of the Management team to share ideas and improve operation, recommending, supporting and implementing continuous improvement activities and process and procedure improvements to optimize results and improve quality of delivery, in line with quality standards requirements delivery in line with Company and Customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.
Here is some of what you’ll need (required)…
- 5+ years of warehouse experience, preferably in a steel fabrication or heavy industrial environment.
- Experience with Forklift, cranes and rigging equipment.
- Strong understanding of material handling safety practices.
- Good computer skills for inventory and documentation purposes.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Maintain high level of Safety standards and 5S.
Here are a few of our preferred experiences…
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
- Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Knowledge of different types of steel and fabrication components.
- Basic understanding of fabrication drawings or blueprints
- Team player with strong organizational skills.
