The opportunity

Join our dynamic Business Process Excellence (BPE) team, where we strive to optimize and enhance business processes to drive efficiency and innovation. We are looking for a motivated intern to support our initiatives and contribute to impactful projects within the Finance team.

How you'll make an impact

• Assist in analyzing and documenting business processes

• Support the development and implementation of process improvement strategies

• Conduct research and gather data to support process improvement and optimization projects

• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions

• Support automation initiatives to streamline processes

• Learn and apply basic Lean methodology principles, promote Continuous Improvement (CI) culture within the team

• Assist in project management tasks, including planning, tracking progress, and coordinating with stakeholders

Your background

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (expected graduation date in 2026 or later)

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Excellent communication skills, English proficiency at least B2 level

• High degree of structure and self-organization, deadline-focused, and attention to detail

• Analytical approach to analyzing data and problem-solving

• Ability to work as part of a team, strong interpersonal skills
