Given that Candi is taking solar into a new realm with a new set of tools, the role will require creativity, innovation and a new way of thinking. Specifically, the job involves taking a prominent role in the following, as part of a Global function:<ul><li>Managing Open Access solar transactions, including negotiation, due diligence, financial modelling, coordinating stakeholders, legal documentation and any aspect requiring attention in order to bring transactions to a successful close</li><li>Working closely with Business Development, Risk, Engineering, Finance and Asset Management in order to successfully close these deals</li><li>Performing financial, structuring and legal analysis on target deals to come up with optimal solutions for Candi and clients</li><li>Helping to define and execute on a strategy for accelerating the pace and conversion of Open Access projects</li><li>Reviewing and negotiating legal documentation with external parties as required</li><li>Developing Candi’s processes and tools (financial models, template legal documentation, etc) for Open Access projects</li></ul> Location: Gurgaon, Mumbai, Mohali, Bangalore or Pune (combined with working from home) Hours: Full time (those wishing to work less than full time will also be considered, depending on experience).
