About the Job
- Du stimmst die bautechnischen Ausführungsplanungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Auftraggeber ab, um eine präzise Umsetzung sicherzustellen
- Mit Deiner Expertise erstellst du detaillierte Leistungsverzeichnisse, Ausschreibungsunterlagen und fundierte Vergabevorschläge, die die Vergabeprozesse effizient steuern
- Die Überwachung der Bauausführung in Bezug auf Qualität, Kosten und Termine liegt in deinem Verantwortungsbereich, wobei Du höchste Standards garantierst
- Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit Auftraggebern, ausführenden Firmen sowie weiteren Projektbeteiligten und stellst eine reibungslose Kommunikation sicher
- Du bist für die Dokumentation und die Abrechnung der Bauleistungen zuständig
- Darüber hinaus verantwortest Du das Mängelmanagement und verfolgst Gewährleistungsansprüche proaktiv
- Bereits in der Planungsphase bietest Du kompetente bautechnische Beratung an und begleitest das Projekt von Beginn an
