About the Job
- Support the board of the Sales and Trading Segment and act as the trusted advisor for governance matters.
- Provide comprehensive legal advice and support on Swiss corporate law.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents related to holding and service functions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Swiss regulations (focus on data protection and ESG).
- Advise on Swiss employment law.
- Support transactions and renewable projects in Switzerland.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures in Switzerland.
- Represent MET in legal proceedings in Switzerland when necessary.
