ans le cadre du renforcement de nos équipes de Secrétariat Médical Spécialisé, nous recherchons un(e) Secrétaire médical (H/F), dans le cadre d’un CDD de 6 mois renouvelable.

Rejoignez notre Business Unit d'Infectiologie et jouez un rôle clé dans le parcours de soin des patients en assurant l'intégralité du suivi administratif de leurs analyses biologiques. Vous serez l'interlocuteur(trice) privilégié(e) entre les patients, les médecins et les laboratoires, garantissant un service fluide et efficace.

Sur ce poste, vos missions seront les suivantes :

Assurer la gestion administrative des dossiers patients : tri et saisie informatique des prélèvements biologiques, vérification et mise à jour des informations médicales et des dossiers ;
Garantir la transmission des résultats : transmission des prélèvements aux équipes techniques et communication des résultats validés auprès des correspondants ou prescripteurs ;
Gérer les non-conformités : enregistrement et traitement administratif des non-conformités ;
Assurer un support réactif : réponse aux réclamations, transmission des demandes d’analyses complémentaires ;
Traiter les courriers et gérer les appels : réception, tri et suivi des demandes entrantes.
