The Senior BIM Modeller, performs routine, structured work in a required discipline and demonstrates ability to take on more complex tasks. An intermediate user in Autodesk Revit Software (Buildings) or similar, who can draw/model with limited supervision having the ability to create content within a specific discipline. Must also be an intermediate user in other core discipline specific software.<ul><li>Routine/repeated tasks accomplished within assistance</li><li>Receives guidance or direction from others with limited discretion to vary from established procedures</li><li>Contributes by performing routine, structure work assignments in specific job function, expanding complexity of tasks performed</li><li>Follow standard operating procedures/methodologies, using them to solve routine or standard problems.  Identifies problems in existing procedures.</li><li>General proficiency with tools, systems and procedures required for role</li><li>May need continued support on some technical issues</li><li>Applies experiences and skills to complete assigned tasks within area of expertise</li><li>Works under direct supervision performing moderately complex technical work utilizing instructions, drawings, sketches and results from computer systems and schematics. </li><li>May be involved in training and supervising technical personnel. </li><li>May perform some data entry.</li></ul>
