Job Description Summary:
The Assistant SCADA Project Manager is responsible for assisting in the management of all aspects of utility-scale solar projects related to SCADA, including project planning, budgeting, buyout, project controls/reporting, scheduling, risk management, etc.Job Description:

Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Work directly with SCADA Project Managers (PMs) to help ensure OTS fulfills the SCADA scope of work.
Assist SCADA PMs in managing the SCADA scope, schedule, and budget from LNTP through Project Closeout.
Participate in monthly financial status reporting processes.
Interface directly with project stakeholders to collect project documentation.
Support SCADA PMs with coordination between OTS with Vendor’s, Owner’s, and Field Teams to ensure alignment as it relates to Procurement, Design, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning, and Closeout for OTS’s SCADA Systems.
Participate in Project meetings. Participation includes capturing and managing meeting minutes, action items, RFI’s, change requests.
Assist in the development and management of project schedules.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and manage projects more efficiently.
Maintain strong relationships with SOLV Energy business partners.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and industry vendors.
Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape.
Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements:
Minimum (2) Years of project coordination / project management experience preferred
Proficient in BlueBeam and Microsoft Excel
Proficient in Smartsheet preferred, but not required
Ability to read and understand construction plans
Effective written and verbal communications skills and organizational skills
Detailed oriented and effective organizational skills
Strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously
High aptitude for problem solving and critical thinking
Strong sense of urgency

$77,867 - $97,334
