What you’ll be doing
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Network Resilience Vegetation Coordinator to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in planning and delivering a variety of Network Resilience programs for all voltages up to and including 132kV. Within this role, you will oversee and manage key workstreams including ERT-132, ENTAS-38, ESQCR, HRF’s, and Defects clearances. You will also manage 3rd Party outage requests and General Enquiries.
Responsibilities include:
- Work towards a zero-accident culture and lead by example.
- Help maintain a safe and secure network.
- Manage MaCases/EHRFs on non-issued circuits as they come in. Coordinate to deliver outages, liaise with work planners for Prevet and Lineteams if required. If the circuit is issued, ensure the ESQCR/SC/EHRFs are captured within the planned outage area as circuit work is delivered by the work planner, and prioritize this work. Keep customers updated as required.
- Analyse network data to identify network improvement opportunities.
- Drive company Guaranteed Standards and identified improvements.
- Improve fault costs using technology and data to support decision-making.
- Capture and track improvements for reporting and communicate with relevant stakeholders.

- Technical or analytical experience in a relevant role.
- Enthusiastic and flexible individual who is self-motivated with the drive to succeed.
- Knowledge of safety rules.
- Understanding of the distribution network.
- Ability to communicate and present information effectively at all levels.
- Ability to deliver objectives without compromising on safety, quality, or customer service.
- Some knowledge of corporate software and systems.
- Good organization and time management skills
Minimum Criteria:
- Relevant network knowledge.
- Data analysis or operational experience.
- Computer literacy
